HOW DOES VAT WORK FOR ONLINE PURCHASES?
Customers from the European Union
EU private customers : Prices include VAT . The applicable rate depends on the country of delivery, according to the OSS regime.
EU companies with a valid VAT number (VIES) : the purchase can be invoiced without VAT , in accordance with the legislation on intra-Community supplies.
Non-EU Customers – Shipping
For shipments to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, United Kingdom, USA):
the order is invoiced without Italian VAT
Upon delivery, the customer pays local VAT , any duties and customs clearance costs directly to the courier or customs
Non-EU Customers – In-store Pickup
In case of in-store collection:
Payment is initially made with Italian VAT (22%)
VAT refund is only possible after export of the goods and customs validation
Once valid documentation has been received, the refund will be made by bank transfer according to the applicable conditions
Example – Switzerland
initial payment with Italian VAT 22%
After customs validation, refund of the difference with respect to the Swiss VAT ( 8.1% )
indicative refund: approximately 14%

When will I receive my order?
We ship with FedEx. Deliveries within Italy typically take 2 to 4 working days. For orders that include a bicycle, please allow up to 7 days to complete assembly and adjustments.
Bicycles shipped within Italy cost €89.00, which includes full assembly, adjustment, and insured shipping.
For shipments that do not include a bicycle, the shipping fee is €9.90 for orders under €79.
Shipping is free within Italy for orders over €79.

Do you accept trade-ins for used bikes?
Yes, we accept used bicycles as trade-ins when purchasing a new bike, subject to inspection and approval by our workshop.
The original proof of purchase is required in order to trade in a used bicycle.
How can I be sure of the correct size for me?
For in-store purchases, every bike includes a Shimano BikeFitting session at no extra cost.

How do returns work?
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.
Unless otherwise agreed, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
