Right of Withdrawal

In the case of purchasing products or services on inbiciveritas.it, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the user, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the user, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must notify the Owner of their decision to withdraw by means of an explicit declaration sent to the contact details provided.

Effects of Withdrawal

If the user withdraws from the contract, the Owner shall refund all payments received from the user, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day the Owner is informed of the user's decision to withdraw.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the user has expressly agreed otherwise.
In any case, the user will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

The refund may be withheld until:

  • The Owner receives the returned goods, or

  • The user provides proof of having sent back the goods,
    whichever is earlier.

The user must return the goods to the Owner without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date the withdrawal was communicated.
This deadline is met if the user ships the goods before the 14-day period expires.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the user.
The user is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Limitations to the Right of Withdrawal

Products that are damaged or used, even partially, will not be accepted for return or refund.
The user must include a copy of the delivery document inside the return package.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods made to measure or clearly personalized;

  • Goods that, by their nature, are liable to deteriorate rapidly;

  • Sealed items which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
