BCAA Liquid Carbo+ is a liquid food supplement based on carbohydrates, caffeine, branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), vitamin C, beta-alanine and L-carnitine. It is a solution of simple and complex carbohydrates that provide short and medium-term energy to the body. The presence of fructose and a source of dextrose (maltodextrin) allows you to make the most of energy. The easily digestible liquid formulation is enhanced by branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) which can be used as an alternative energy source as well as supporting muscle mass during exercise (Yoshiharu S. et all. 2004. The product is completed by beta-alanine, which provides a buffering action on the negative effects of lactic acid, and L-carnitine, a nutrient necessary to use fats for energy purposes.

The orange flavor alone contains caffeine.

Daily dose: 2 packs.

How to use: it is recommended to take up to 2 packs per day, depending on the duration and intensity of sporting performance.
