Delivery with Damaged Packaging

If you receive goods in damaged boxes or envelopes, it is essential to accept the delivery with reservation.

At the time of delivery, we recommend the following:

Carefully check the number of parcels and their condition.
Report any damages that become visible only after opening the packages.
In case of damaged parcels, accept the goods with a note: “accepted with reservation – damaged package”.
In case of missing parcels, write on the courier’s handheld device or paper receipt: “specific reservation – missing package(s)”.

Order Management

In Bici Veritas – Cicli Varsalona confirms the correct receipt of the order by sending a copy of the order to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.

The confirmation email will summarize all the data entered, including the list of ordered products, which the customer agrees to verify. Any corrections must be communicated promptly.

The quantities shown on the website www.inbiciveritas.it reflect the actual stock available in our warehouse.
However, in rare cases of simultaneous orders for the same item by multiple users, availability may not be guaranteed. If this occurs, we will promptly contact the customer to offer one of the following solutions:

A replacement product of equal quality, at no additional cost;
Wait for the item to be restocked, with an updated delivery estimate;
A partial refund for the unavailable item;
A full refund of the entire order if the customer wishes to cancel.

Order Fulfillment

All orders received by 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) with PayPal or credit card payment will be processed and handed over to the selected courier on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

Italy: within 3 working days;
Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia: 2 to 5 days;
International orders: within 10 days.

We ship with the following couriers: BRT, SDA, Poste Italiane, FedEx, UPS, GLS.
Cicli Varsalona will select the most efficient courier for each order.

Please note: bicycles may sometimes be shipped in non-original boxes.

During checkout, customers can choose to pick up their order at our store:

All orders that do not include bicycles: €9.90
Bicycle shipments within Italy: €89.00 (includes professional assembly)
Assembly time for bikes: approximately 1–2 business days
Free shipping on orders over €79.00 in Italy, excluding bikes and e‑bikes (which are always €89.00)
