Shipping within Italy
We ship with BRT, SDA, Poste Italiane, FedEx, UPS and GLS, choosing the most efficient courier for each destination. Shipping costs €9.90, free over €79. Bikes and e-bikes: flat rate €69, assembly and set-up in our workshop always included (1-2 working days). Delivery within 3 working days of dispatch; Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia 2-5 days.

Shipping to Switzerland
We ship to Switzerland with FedEx International Priority Express: delivery in 2-3 working days from dispatch, insured and tracked. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and size: as a guide, €45 for accessories and clothing, €100 for a complete bike.
No customs duties. No duties apply between Italy and Switzerland on bikes, components, accessories and clothing. When you select Switzerland as your country, the prices shown already exclude Italian VAT. On delivery you pay FedEx only:
• Swiss VAT of 8.1%, calculated on the value of the goods plus transport.
Example: a €4,000 bike plus €100 shipping → Swiss VAT of about €332. FedEx contacts you by email or SMS and payment is made online. Bikes travel partially disassembled in a box (front wheel, handlebar or pedals) with instructions for final assembly; if you'd rather receive it ready to ride, message us before ordering.

Shipping to other countries
Within the European Union we ship with FedEx or UPS, delivery within 5 working days, Italian VAT included in the price. To other non-EU countries we ship with FedEx, delivery within 10 days; prices exclude Italian VAT, and import VAT and any duties of the destination country are payable on delivery. Rates depend on country and size and are shown at checkout.

Product availability
You'll find two types of availability on the site, shown on each product page:
• In stock: the item is in our warehouse and ships within 1 working day (2-3 for bikes, which are assembled and set up before dispatch).
• Made to order: the item is ordered from the supplier after your purchase. Estimated lead times are shown on the product page. Before confirming your order we tell you the expected delivery date: if it doesn't suit you, you can cancel with a full refund. If you're in a hurry, message us on WhatsApp at +39 348 860 8615 before ordering.
In the rare case that an in-stock item turns out to be unavailable due to simultaneous orders, we contact you right away to offer an alternative product of equal quality at no extra cost, waiting for restocking with the expected time, a partial refund for the missing item, or a full refund of the order.

Order handling and dispatch
When we receive your order we send you a confirmation email with all the details you entered and the products ordered: please check them and let us know straight away if anything needs correcting. In-stock orders received by 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and paid by card or PayPal are handed to the courier on the next working day. Bikes may arrive in a box other than the original.

In-store pickup
You can collect your order from Cicli Varsalona – In Bici Veritas, Via Sempione 36, Castelletto sopra Ticino (NO), Italy. We'll let you know by email or WhatsApp as soon as it's ready.
If you live in Switzerland or another non-EU country and prefer to collect in store, contact us before ordering: we apply the price without Italian VAT through the tax-free procedure for travellers. You'll need an ID document issued outside the EU and the customs stamp on the invoice when you leave EU territory.

Tracking
As soon as your order is handed to the courier you receive the tracking number by email.

On delivery: check the parcels
If parcels or envelopes are damaged, it's essential to accept the goods "with reservation". On delivery we recommend that you:
• check the parcels and their number carefully;
• if parcels are damaged, accept the goods writing "reservation: damaged parcel" on the courier's handheld device or delivery note;
• if parcels are missing, accept writing "specific reservation: missing parcel(s)";
• let us know immediately about any damage visible only after opening.
