Clienti dell’Unione Europea

Clienti privati UE: i prezzi sono IVA inclusa. L’aliquota applicata dipende dal Paese di consegna, secondo il regime OSS.
Aziende UE con Partita IVA valida (VIES): l’acquisto può essere fatturato senza IVA, secondo la normativa sulle cessioni intracomunitarie.

Clienti Extra UE – Spedizione

Per le spedizioni verso Paesi fuori dall’Unione Europea (es. Svizzera, Regno Unito, USA):

l’ordine viene fatturato senza IVA italiana
alla consegna, il cliente paga IVA locale, eventuali dazi e spese di sdoganamento direttamente al corriere o alla dogana

Clienti Extra UE – Ritiro in negozio

In caso di ritiro in negozio:

il pagamento avviene inizialmente con IVA italiana (22%)
il rimborso IVA è possibile solo dopo l’esportazione della merce e la convalida doganale
una volta ricevuta la documentazione valida, il rimborso viene effettuato tramite bonifico secondo le condizioni applicabili

pagamento iniziale con IVA italiana 22%
dopo convalida doganale, rimborso della differenza rispetto all’IVA svizzera (8,1%)
rimborso indicativo: circa 14%

We ship with FedEx. Deliveries within Italy typically take 2 to 4 working days. For orders that include a bicycle, please allow up to 7 days to complete assembly and adjustments.

Bicycles shipped within Italy cost €89.00, which includes full assembly, adjustment, and insured shipping.

For shipments that do not include a bicycle, the shipping fee is €9.90 for orders under €79.

Shipping is free within Italy for orders over €79.

Yes, we accept used bicycles as trade-ins when purchasing a new bike, subject to inspection and approval by our workshop.

The original proof of purchase is required in order to trade in a used bicycle.

For in-store purchases, every bike includes a Shimano BikeFitting session at no extra cost.
