We're in Castelletto sopra Ticino, about 40 minutes from the Gaggiolo and Ponte Tresa border crossings and an hour from Lugano. Every year dozens of Swiss customers buy their bike from us: Italian prices, tax-free invoice and bike fitting included. Here's everything you need to plan your visit.

Tax free: how it works

If you live in Switzerland (or another non-EU country), in store we apply the price without Italian VAT straight away, through the tax-free procedure for travellers. Two things are needed:

a valid ID card or passport issued outside the EU;
customs validation of the invoice when you leave EU territory (electronic procedure at the Italian border).

At Swiss customs you declare the bike and pay only Swiss VAT of 8.1%. There are no customs duties between Italy and Switzerland on bikes, components, accessories and clothing.

Example: a €5,000 bike including VAT costs €4,098 tax free; at Swiss customs you pay about €332 in VAT. Total about €4,430.

Try the bike in store

For in-store purchases, bike fitting with the Shimano system is included in the price of the bike: full measurements, saddle and handlebar adjustment, cleat positioning. It takes about 45 minutes.

Message us a few days ahead with the model you're interested in, your height and inseam: we'll prepare the bike in the right size and be ready for you. Bring your cycling shoes.

We ship to Switzerland with FedEx Express in 2-3 working days, insured and tracked. When you select Switzerland on the site you already see prices without Italian VAT; on delivery you pay FedEx only Swiss VAT of 8.1%, no duties. Full shipping details.
