Guidelines for safe use

• Use the roller only on flat, stable surfaces .

• Do not attempt to stop the flywheel manually .

• Allow the heating element to cool before touching it after use.

• Keep children and pets away while exercising.

• If you feel unwell, stop exercising immediately and consult a doctor.
