Aero Streamline Design (ASD)

The ASD design fuses advanced aerodynamics, clean aesthetics and minimal weight.

The Geometry

The “ Narrow is Aero ” approach finds its maximum expression in the Lightweight HPC.
A design studied to combine aerodynamics and comfort , the result of tests with 3D prototypes and real feedback from cyclists.
The slight slope from the upper parts towards the levers creates a natural support for the wrist, improving comfort and control even over long distances.
Thanks to Adaptive Size Adjustment , each size is calibrated to offer the perfect geometry, allowing a choice based on personal preferences and not just on body size.

Aero-Mass Index

To combine aerodynamics and lightness , Lightweight has introduced the Aero-Mass Index (W × kg) :
a parameter that combines aerodynamic resistance (measured at 45 km/h) with the weight of the component.
A lower value indicates a more balanced and performing design .
