Liquid Carbo+ flash is a supplement based on carbohydrates, caffeine, vitamin C, β-Alanine and L-carnitine. It is a solution of simple and complex carbohydrates (dextrose, fructose and maltodextrin) capable of providing the body with energy immediately and in the medium term. Vitamin C helps reduce perceived fatigue while carnitine supports normal fat metabolism. The formulation also contains caffeine and β-alanine, the precursor of carnosine, which acts as a buffer on the pH of the skeletal muscle, helping to delay problems arising following the accumulation of lactic acid.
