RM1 BCAA 8:1:1 Recovery Mix is the best post workout for muscle and energy support. GLUTEN FREE.

RM1 is a mix of nutrients whose synergistic action promotes muscle support after intense and prolonged training or competitions. The basis of the product is made up of carbohydrates (maltodextrins and fructose) to restore muscle glycogen. The role of creatine is to replenish the reserves of phosphocreatine in the muscle and therefore intervene on energy production to support the mechanics of the muscle. Branched chain amino acids (5 g per dose), present in the 8:1:1 formulation, promote protein synthesis (Yoshiharu S. et all. 2004. Exercise promotes BCAA catabolism: effects of BCAA supplementation on skeletal muscle during exercise). Glutamine (2 g per dose) is among the most abundant amino acids in the muscles, its rate decreases after physical activity and therefore must be replenished. Magnesium, in this context, plays an important role in helping to promote protein synthesis while potassium supports normal muscle function. Taurine and vitamin C reduce the harmful effect of free radicals (formed during exercise).

Directions for use: 2 sachets (50 g) per day in at least 500 ml of water, to be taken immediately after training.

Warnings: food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Intake should not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
