To support endurance performance. StarGel+ is a carbohydrate gel (Vitargo®, maltodextrin, fructose and dextrose) that allows the body to have energy available from a few minutes after intake up to a couple of hours later. Furthermore, Star Gel+, thanks to the presence of complex carbohydrates such as maltodextrins and amylopectin contained in Vitargo, guarantees energy support during long-term exercises. β-alanine is a precursor of carnosine, which intervenes by buffering muscle acidity, also due to the presence of lactic acid (Eric TT 2015. International society of sports nutrition position stand: Beta-Alanine). HMB is a leucine derivative recognized as playing a role in increasing protein synthesis. Each single pack of Star Gel+ contains 60 mg of caffeine, which approximately corresponds to the amount provided by an espresso coffee.
Indications for use: we recommend taking one or more single-dose packs before and/or during physical activity, depending on the athlete's needs.
